I like the idea of ​​someone coming to me but I also want to make sure the quality matches a shop-level service.

Has anyone used NMG ceramic coating before? How's their process? Do they handle paint prep and correction thoroughly before applying the coating, or is it more of a one-and-done service? Also, how's the finish over time? Any issues with fading, water spots, or coating wearing off faster than expected? I want something that keeps my car looking sharp, repels grime, and actually lasts the 1–3 years they mention.
